FIREPLACE & WOOD BURNING STOVE INSTALLATION IN : Greenford

Extremely happy with my new fireplace, it has transformed the room. Henry was very patient and looked into many different options to achieve the vision I had. The lead time from order to install was quick and the install team were very experienced and worked efficiently. Would highly recommend Rigby’s!

We had a great experience with Rigby’s from start to finish! Great comms, quick turn around from enquiry to installation.

Rigby’s were fantastic with the supply and installation of our new wood burner. The engineers were professional and took great care throughout installation, especially with a chimney which hasn’t been swept in probably 30+ years. Really helpful in the shop and reasonably priced in my opinion. Many thanks to you all

We was given an idea of what fireplace would be suitable to replace an old gas fire. The service was efficient, effective, and transparent. From showroom to installation, done within two weeks!

We used Rigbys some years ago and didn’t hesitate in using them again. Henry in the showroom gave good advice and was happy to discuss options by email. Pricing was much more acceptable than another quote we had; no hidden extras. The surveyor arrived promptly to check the existing installation, then the engineer fitters Chris and Kevin were excellent. Polite, clean and tidy protecting the surrounding furniture; a neat completed job in an efficient manner, highly recommended.

We had a contemporary multi fuel stove installed as our fireplace looked lovely but didn’t warm the room.
The service from Rigby’s was excellent from our initial enquiry, the survey and the installation.
I find reviews very helpful and I happily recommend this company.
I hope this helps!

The chap that fitted the gas fire yesterday was ace, knew his stuff, he specialised in fitting gas fires, was great with my 80 yr old mum ( it was her house ) very tidy job and he dealt with the unexpected missing chimney poty with no fuss. very happy customer.

Rigby’s have been amazing – they helped us pick a suitable fire for our room and got it all installed and working in 3 weeks from start to finish! Beautiful fireplace and Henry could not have been more helpful. Thank you Rigby’s!

Amazing service from Rigby’s staff who went above and beyond to ensure a new fire was fitted within a tight time frame. The fitter was wonderful-he fitted the fire and backing, making adjustments to ensure that everything looked perfect. He cleaned away all debris and left a beautiful fire and fireplace. I would highly recommend Rigby’s.

Rigby’s was fantastic from start to finish. Michael and Henry came to provide an initial consultation and quote, along with material samples. The quote was quick and clear. We had to have our chimney breast deepened and Len not only did a great job of that, but also made the whole fireplace, mantle and hearth look brilliant. No corners cut and even the outside flue brick finishing was matched and looks great. Len was really friendly and worked really hard. Thanks so much, we’ve already recommended you to others! Nick and Sarah, Tring.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Rigby’s. I had a manual awning installed recently. I can definitely attest to the expediency of the consultation visit and on the efficiency of the instalation. They removed my old awning and installed the new one in a matter of 2 hours. Rigby’s price are competitive and the quality seems good, I like the fabric, design and sturdiness of the awning components, although I cannot yet comment on long-term durability, they do provide a 5-year warranty. The team as also been flexible in coordinating wth me a day and time that suited me for the installation.

The service we received from the Rigbys staff was wonderful. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. The quality of their work and materials is excellent. We had an outdoor awning and light fittings. We are very pleased with it all.

Was very impressed with the awning installation. Easy to arrange quote time, comms with the office were excellent and the four guys that came to install it were very courteous. Would recommend them.

Sun awning we ordered a new sun awning from Rigby’s and we have been very happy with the whole experience. The team are professional, courteous and responsive. The product is great, looks fantastic and was competitively priced. Highly recommended, thank you.

Prompt, polite and efficient from start to finish This awning is the third product we have had supplied and fitted by Rigby’s – speaks for itself!
